LawSold as SeenMy brother's bought an air conditioning unit and it was 'sold as seen' , the man in the shop said. My brother checked it over and asked to see it working, which it did, but on arriving home my found that there is no remote to control it. Can it be returned or is there any contract law/breach/Sale of Goods Act cover? Unfortunately, my brother's disabled and my parents have Power of Attorney over him and he should not have been buying it but I think was quite easily talked into buying it. Can anyone help please?
