Refunds?

My girlfriend has been refused a request to change the ticket date by ticketmaster for the tutan kahmoon exhibition in London. There was a complete refusal by staff to allow her to speak to a manager. The tickets dates were automatically changed when she entered a promotional code into there website ordering system. are tickets not covered by legislation in the UK covering refunds?

Was she given the option to choose a date when she booked the tickets?

Oh dear, when I ordered some and then realised I'd booked wrong night they happilly let me change them. I;d read the terms and conditions and see where you stand. If that fails maybe sell them on e-bay

the date choice was before the promotional code entry which moved her selected date forward from tomorrow to sunday. very frustrating as she bought 3 tickets and the operator was very rude when asked to put her through to a manager.
