morgage fraud

I have bought a property in my name and a friends partners name about 10 years ago, with permission .Due to not having wages to cover amount etc
The person provided wage slips etc to get the laon but had no interest in the property at all.
Unfortunately the person split with my friend and the split was bitter. I have not seen the person since and cahnged the name of property back to myself in panic.
what crimes have I committed ?

You have probably "obtained a pecuniary advantage by deception".

Is this hypothetical? Have you fraudently signed this person's name on official documents?

How did you remove the name without that persons permission? I thought you needed their signature to do that?
What exactly have you removed their name from?

Why are you asking now? Have they found out? Or are you just worried about it?

So, you lied about your income, you forged their signature to gain full rights over the property and removed them from the mortgage and deeds without telling them? Or is it just the mortgage you removed them from?

Why on earth did you not just ask them ?!
And surely you did this with the help of a solicitor?
