For those who have been following our tales of woe, here's an update.

After taking out county court proceedures on my wife's former employer (evil cow from hell) for non payment of wages after she left, i also have written a "modified grievance" against her for constant verbal abuse resulting in constructive dismissal.

However, i've just received an registered deliver letter and it was a cheque for the full amount of 922 (which included court costs).

It just goes to show that if you go after these bullies and do everything by the book, you will win in the end.

I'm still going for the constructive dismissal by tribunal because this woman should not be allowed to look after a pet goldfish let alone people.

So a huge thank you to everyone who helped....we couldn't of done it without your help and for all the kind words of encouragement.

I'll let you know how it goes with the tribunal.

Thanks again

Yayyyy to you Andy & Sharon!!!!!! Well done for standing up to the bully woman!!!! Glad to see the right thing happened. I followed your posts and felt your anger and really hoped that you both won against her.

I hope your both off out to celebrate tonight or at least get a bottle of bubbly to celebrate :o)

Good luck with the tribunal, it's nice to see that you want to carry this through to the end. I'm sure the residents will be very greatful:o)
What great news Andy!!! You can feel proud of yourself for all the help and support you have given to your wife over this matter. I'm glad you got the money owed and that you are going ahead with the tribunal.I wish you luck with that.

Make sure that cheque clears though. :)
