it depends on the barister and how good they are. when i had my custody battle mine was �200 per hour but mine was very good and was with legal aid thankfully i only needed her for an hour as she wiped the floor with my ex!
hope this helps a solictors fees are the same by the hour and you would pay more for a partner i pay �90 per hour
