A credit union?
Trade Union?
I think a Credit Union needs about 20 members to set up, but I'm not totally sure.

A Civil Union? (you dark horse)
trade union - I would join one rather than invent your own

Sorry for the confusion - I know a Credit Union. - The CU has got so big it now needs for an UNION like a Trade union. Where people can go to and get fair and square answers and help with what is going in the CU>

You can join individually and a a few of you can apply to have the union recognised. If they agree then you're okay. If you are okay and you have 21+ you can apply for statutory recognition.
