Give it few more hours will be in street
Do you know if any under-age drinking or drug usage is involved. It's not a pleasant situation for you to be in, is it?
I see that it's getting close to midnight in the UK. Don't you have residential noise abatement laws?
You could report it to the local council as an environmental problem but it will have to be a lot more constant than that to get anything done. Several times a week may get a response but not '4 times in a few weeks'

They are in school I think and yes a lot of drink involved
Where I live the Council has set up a Noise Control unit which I think operates between 11pm and 3am on Fri and Sat. Do you not have anything like that in your area?
Surely if enough people complained the council would investigate. However, this is not really conducive to maintaining a "friendly" neighbourhood. As I said before: not a nice situation to be in.
If the drinking is under-age, then I would think that the police would be "interested".
Your council have a legal duty to deal with noise complaints. Phone them or look on the website. The first step should be to speak to the householder but they acknowledge that this is not always possible.

I'm not sure about that will try to look it up ,no point in asking them to tone it down thing they are all drunk ,
GypsyGSD, if there is any possibility that you yourself have been drinking, don't do anything about it right now.
Maybe record them yourself and play it back to the mother.
Actually I meant to put a Noise PATROL unit. They are actively driving around waiting for people to call them to noisy parties etc.
Except, what the hell, go and join them:)

One thing for sure I'm a early riser ,with a very loud sound system
Stuey it is only against the law for under 18s to drink in licensed premises like bars, nothing against it in a private house.
