I Have Deleted All My Ipad Notes... Help!

Had a clear out on my laptop emails, through btinternet, and I deleted my ipad Notes by mistake then deleted all the Trash. Is there a way of getting my ipad Notes back, perhaps with iCloud, if so how? I am not technical !! I didnt realise my ipad notes would get into my email contact list !!
