hi i was kidnapped and tied up by my own mate i was trockrd into getting into the van and was tied up beaten with hammers drills and knifes sounds stupid but yeah my mate but yeah 9 months later i have just found out they are being charged next month two of them.with kidnap and gbh with intent the police lady said the my injuries matched the i described i was attacked i was on cctv geting into the van with the guy i dont sleep at night it has ruined my life i am really worried the police lady said i have a strong statement But she said its my word against theres and theres two of them do you think they will be found guilty i have told the truth and the honest truth???

If you were injured and there is cctv evidence of getting into van and you gave what police said is a strong statement and it is going to court then they may be found guilty. Now really possible for anyone to say what outcome will be. You will have to wait and see.

Your injuries will be evidence. They will have been recorded and will be matched to what you say happened. If you were beaten up in the van , the van will have been searched for evidence , blood, skin fragments, DNA.
If the assault happened somewhere else the site will have been searched for evidence.in the same way.

the police didnt find dna in the van the people went on the run witch ment they obvisouly cleaned it out properly they tried to drill me but had no drill piece so it didnt work but they used thr hammer through most of the attack it was a horrible experince i still to this day cant sleep i am in spain i had tonleave the country it got to a point i was so scared i felt suicidal i was in a bad bad way in hospital at first it was life threatning i am really worried they are going to be found not guilty.
