Is there a legal minimum wage that should be paid to an apprentice ?

Currently it's about £2.70 but I think it's going to raise to £3.

And this depends on their age and in the first year of the apprenticeship if they are 19.

and if they are not, and you wanna sue -the usual lead-in period ( two years ) does NOT apply
