To whom do you apply to be a legal executor , in order to deal with the affairs of a deceased ?

Is there a will? Only a person appointed as executor can be one. So that's the first step. If no will or no exec appointed by will you have to apply to be the administrator (essentially the same thing just some technical diffetences).

There is no will ( i'm related to the deceased ) - how do i apply to the administrator to be an executor - is there a form or something and where do i get it ?
