I am having problems printing my Christmas card address labels. Windows 7 installed, I am using Avery labels and the mail merge on Office 2000. Everything seems fine until I try to print them on my HP Deskjet 2050 when they will not print in the right place. I've been printing these labels for several years but on Windows XP with an Epsom printer so I assume the problem lies with the new stuff! As you can tell I am a novice at these things - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Office 2000 is no longer supported you should be using a later version say Office 2007 or later. Office 2000 may not be compatible . I would suggest you upgrade your Office program first.

Thanks galeck1947 - I did wonder if that might be the problem. Is it possible to get a free upgrade, I don't really want to spend a fortune for a few labels. I'll give it a try. Thanks again

Thanks Buenchico. I downloaded the newest Avery Wizard as mine was a bit out of date but it didn't seem to help - will try upgrading the Office 2000 as galeck suggests. Thanks again
