Is there a latest time you can set off fireworks?.

There are fireworks being set off now on the estate where I live and they have been going on for over a week between 7pm and 1am.
They all appear to be coming from the same house and I want to get some sleep.
Is it legal to set off fireworks at this time?.

The people who are setting them off must be very rich.

probably not, have you tried your local council to ask.

The people to contact are the environmental health , the only cause for complaint you have is the noise . The police will not be intrested.
You need to keep a record of the dates and times that it happens.
