Police, he won't be insured either.
i'd tell the police --- he's breaking the law.
they'll contact dvla and get more information

Question Author
done it !! we all pay insurance and tax so he shouldnt be allowed to get away with it
I just hope you are not the only one who knows he has just a provisional licence. Unless he was winding you up.
Well all will be revealed.
if lozzer reports it, and it is a wind-up, the police wouldn't take any action against lozzer if the report was done in good faith.
I would tell the police. I have done so many times. I don't care who you are.

Uninsured drivers aren't necessarily bad drivers, but if they have an accident you will be up .... creek without a paddle.
You can drive a car and get insurance with only a provisional licence, but you can only drive the car if you have a another licenced driver in the car with you.

did it late on last night and he got stopped today ! no licence no insurance etc, his wife told me . i didnt tell her id let police know tho !! she said hed been pulled for a dodgy back light, hows that for a co incidence.
well done - one less idiot on the road. do keep reporting him if he keeps getting behind the wheel x
Ah - the computer it says woah son :)
Despite the way they are portrayed in the media, the police are not stupid. If they had knocked his door, he would of known that someone had told.

I don't think its a coincedence.
Can't stand motorists who don't pay insurance. Good for you !
the trusty old faulty light trick, the policemans favourite reason for stopping someone, as Dave says it was no coincidence!
Question Author
hope he gets what he deserves !!!
Lot's of points on the license and a good fine, I should think. One less uninsured idiot of the road, well done lozzer.
