Employment contract

Could do with a bit of advise please. My contract says may be required to work in other shops. I do go to cover when I have the car, or direct public transport, but area manager wants me to go to a shop, it takes 3 buses to get there 1 hour waiting between buses and that takes up 2 hours before i get to the shop. Can I refuse?
