i was pulled last night and spent the night in the cells.my question is the officer that pulled me said he was watching a main road ,but a nabour told me today that the officer had been waiting outside my house for 2 hours,is there any grounds to stop my case

Provided the correct procedure was followed by the arresting officer then no.

It sounds like the police have been tipped off about you, therefore the officer had reasonable suspicion that an offence was being committed so could stop you and then request a sample.

I take you were drink driving then? How much over the limit were you?
did he see you driving? or did a fellow officer of his see you.

If you were drunk and driving then accept you were breaking the law.
If you knew you were drunk and driving , you want locking up
never mind trying to wriggle out of things. Moron.
