Obtaining a US visa with a mobile phone convition

I want to take part in Camp America next year..to do so i need a US visa.

I'm 22, good job and have never been in trouble with the police barr a "using a mobile whilst driving" conviction. which was £120 fine and 3 points. I was convicted at court.

Will i be able to obtain a US Visa?

Very True !.

The UK CRB and USA Customs, NSA and Homeland security computers are now linked.

Funny thing is this : Mike Tyson the convicted rapist and thug is allowed to enter out country and tour different venues for months at a time giving informal talks on his life.

Double Standards ?.

Crazy Law's ?.

Why not ring the home office or the USA embassy and ask how he can get in, and you can't get out !

you could always go ahead and plead igorance. if you fill out the form just dont put it on. after all you could claim that you didnt see it as a security threat and its not as though you are like mike tyson is it as was said above. the worst they can do is send you home!! just dont sweat profusely under questioning!!! good luck and let us know what happens!

Oh yes never mind the worse thing that can happen is that they send you home.

That's after a night in the cell's, your photo,DNA and fingerprints are taken.

Let's not forget the ban on travelling to the USA for 5 years.

Flip the coin of life and take the chance ?

BRAVO,i can assure you the US CUSTONS do not have access to the criminal records of british subjects, they are of course alerted to possible threats and drug runners, etc, but not joe bloggs.

I can assure you that they have, as I work for a large computer company based in London who has field operational offices in 35 US states.

Our company deal's with data transfer software for the computer's operated by the NSA,the FBI and yes you guessed it US Customs.

By a cross reference method of CRB data and the passport encoded information, EVERY person who enter's the USA can have, if they have one, there CRB information checked in a matter of minutes.

If USA Custom's, think's they might have a "live" fish or think that the visa form isn't right then they can check you.

This sadly is FACT.

They have access to Interpol and SOCA not the PNC or CRB.

Have Your Say

With road tax hikes hitting those with 2001-2006 registered cars, would you consider selling up and buying a pre-2001 model to escape the the tax mans wrath?

Yes

No

The hikes don't really bother me
