3 months suspended sentence. 150 hours community service, 3 year football banning order

If you were over 18 at the time of the conviction, 5 years
but,you have to allways remember,that even if it is spent,it does not get removed from your criminal record,that is with you for life.so if you have to have a CRB check for anything,it will allways show up.

i know it will always be on there, i was just enquiring for emigration purposes, and after it is spent you do not have to declare it to a new employer even if it dows show up, it shows up as a spent crime, i know that much. thank you for your help
