I once got a 3 month sentence for affray in magistrates court. I appealed against my sentence and after 11 days was released with a 12 month probation order.

I agree -I had a long winded post and I couldnt be arsed posting it

You'll get a fine or Community Service depending on your family/work background. Cant afford to bang people up for whats now deemed a minor offence

I had a a day in court a couple of weeks ago and TBH -I got an eye opener.

You will be told that if you re-offend custodial is the only option-heres hoping you screw the nut -is doesnt just impact on you -bet your family are worried about it as well.

I dont care what other people on here are saying, I think you are defo looking at custody from what you have described. Courts dont take kindly to drunks hurtling glasses around in a pub.

well i not gettingcharge for any form of assualt or threatening to kill any one...as the bar tender first stated, how ever the police officer did did look at CCTV and has dropped the charges to Affray, soo any thing other than trying to scar some one is what i am getting done for !!! and the 'whole incedent' will be dismissed in court as i never threatend any one nor am i getting charged with abh....

still an imprisonable offence. You are going down so better get used to the idea. You cannot throw glasses around and then just say that you were trying to scare someone, that is a pathetic excuse and the courts will see straight through it. If you behave like a loony you will pay the price my friend...

you would have been charged for criminal damage for smashing the glasses....
you would have been charged for being drunk in a public place..... so stop talking through your @rse hole!!!

Ahh -now youve given more info -think youre looking at custodial -didnt learn your lesson the last time-thats the way it will be viewed -inoocents probably scarred for life -dirty !!!!

Want to get a grip of your anger pal -or should have when you got of 10yrs ago.

I assumed it was a bit of shouting which could have caused alarm to sane sober members of the public -you paint a different picture now.

OK Hussy -cheers--first punch in my life and I came on here in a blind panic-long story but 99% of the Abers were fantastic !!It has been dealt with now-next strike and he's out -it wont be my face the next time tho -eff that !!!
