what will happen if?

what would happen to someone if they got a minor in possetion charge in Colorado while at college and payed all of their fines and showed up in court, but did not do their community service. And then moved back to their home state and never returned to Colorado. Would they have a warrent out for my arrest?

YUP !.

Since 9/11 the Police have tightened up security.

A good friend got arrested for an unpaid speeding ticket in Miami 6 yrs ago.

As soon as he landing,the Police grabbed him.
