Need help please!

I have been nicked for possesion on cannabis it was 9grams and as i have nothing like this on my record does any1 know whats likely to happen when i return to the staion for bail? i only have a public order offence on my record so whats likely 2 happen?

Can't be sure as it varies across the country, but I would expect you to get a caution which, and again I'm not certain, will not appear on your record. I'd recommend you look at the Release site, http://www.release.org.uk/ , there's a lot of info there.

A caution will be on record for 5 years or until the age of 18 which ever is the longest time. It will also show up on any CRB checks so certain jobs may be out of the question.
