Arrested Again with a Suspended Sentence?

I got arrested a week ago after getting into a fight when out for the night. I don't remember exactly what happened and when I got interviewed I just said no comment because I didn't remember and that's what my solicitor said. I got released on police bail and have to go back on Wednesday. I've remembered bits and pieces about what happened and know the police will probably have CCTV and witnesses by now. Will it look bad if I say things that I remember now but didn't say before?

I am worried about what is going to happen as I got a 4 month suspended sentence and 120 hours community payback a few months back for something similar.

What can happen on Wednesday? Could I get charged then and would I still get bail with the suspended sentence?

If you are on a suspended sentence and commit another crime, you'll be sent to serve that sentence, plus what ever else you get.
The person you need to be discussing this with is your solicitor...
Tell the truth, if you tell the truth no matter what happens at least you can hold your head up high.

Oh and if you can't remember what happened i suggest you take more water with it in future.

You are looking at the suspended sentence being implimented so you had better be ready for jail.
Plus a bit more for this additional crime. Will you ever learn?
