Caution in uk & moving to USA

Hi does any one know a UK to USA immergration lawyer in South Wales or give me any advice as I'm hoping to move to the US next year but last year i went to the states as didnt declare the caution for shoplifting as it happend so long ago like 10 years ago and I put it outta my mind... have i blown my chances of living in the states because of this minor incident??
