My son is in prison

I found out by accident (from Facebook) that my estranged son is in prison following a hearing at Blackfriars Crown Court. how can I find out online about his conviction and sentence.

You cold try using Google to locate any newspaper articles that may have been printed. If it is a serious enough crime you might find it in GoogleNews but if not you could try the local newspapers.

I am not sure if there is another way of doing it.

Fill in your son's name and choose 'all crown courts' as an option

I think you have to register to get further details, but it will give you the case number.
