12 Points Disqualification Period

if a person receives 3 points for speeding on top of 9 points allready on their licence for drving without a full licence and without insurance, how long are they disqualified for?

On your driving licence (green form) it tells you how long your points are valid for; used to be 2years? When the older points are invalidated to 9 you should regain your licence from the DVLA......check with them.
