When you say 'resubmit', have you previously submitted an application but then withdrawn it prior to consideration, or have you a rejection recorded against a previously submitted but slightly different scheme?
New law?
what happens on the 6th April???? does it affect the local plan( as its called) and allow some houses to be built? where I live, we almost got planning permission, no objections from anyone, the planning office just wanted the roof changed, so submitted new plans, then they wanted the door moved, then half rendered front, then sent a letter saying sorry, they had used up all their allocated number of new properties allowed up to 2015, so finished there, messed us around for a year and cost money.
thanks,
perc.
Almost certainly asking about the impact of the National Policy Planning Framework, TB.
Can't see it changing the price of fish overnight.
Depends on the region, the categorisation of the land, and the state of the development of other linked Development Plans in the area.
Thanks BM. I wondered if that was it.

I believe a 500 page document has been reduced down to 50 pages? Hopefully to speed up councils decision making, but unclear exactly what it all means. I'm attempting to get outline planning to convert from industrial to residential for three small properties. Failed before due to all sorts of complications
Is this still about that road........?
Its the date your application is determined that matters, not the date it is submitted. If you submit this week it will still be assessed against the NPPF as that comes into force at the end of next week and I doubt you'll get a decision before then! However if you wait til 6 April its possible the fees will have gone up so in that respect you're better off submitting next week!
