Starting From The Bottom.....Where To Start?!?! Health Visitor

Hi all, I am a young mum to two children aged 2 and 9 months....and I really want to better my career , I am qualified in administration type work, and although it's a good job, it's just not me. I want to qualify to become a Health Visitor! I do understand you have to qualify as either a Nurse or a Midwife before you can progress to a Health Visitor but I just want to know what course I should start off? and what courses I would move onto? I have a C in both English Lit and Language, but only a D in Maths and DD for Double Award Science...I have other GCSES but wouldn't ve relevant to this job e.g. p.e, business, i.t etc.
Please help, I really want to do this! but don't know where to start! x
