Mandex

hi - hope this question is in the correct section, i wonder if anybody out there can tell me where i can get hold of pictures or info' on the mandex test as mentioned below, any help would be appreciated.

Mandex Measures skill in the assembly
of mechanical objects with a
particular emphasis on manual
dexterity. The candidate is
presented with a preassembled
structure (mounted
on one end of a wooden base)
consisting of six steel plates
joined together by an
assortment of nuts, bolts,
washers and spacers. Using
this as a model, the task is to
build an identical assembly
using the set of plates and
fixings provided.
Time: 15 minutes.

Wasn't that part of the Krypton factor?

hi wolf63 - i remember crypton factor but can't recall individual tests or trials, - my grandson goes for interview / test shortly and i believe this is one of the problems he will be asked to solve, just trying to give him some assistance, (as grandads do) ps. seen the time of your answer - i thought it was only me wandering about at all hours. cheers phizzy.
