ive got dr8o and 9 points on my licence would i still be able to get a psv licensce to work in the family buissnes

oh, that's a tricky one. Even if working in the family business would you be able to get insurance i wonder?
Anyway, best ring the DVLA for the best answer.
I can't see what would prevent you getting the license though

Not sure about working in a family business, but I am a bus driver, and the company I am with will only accept you if you have 6 points on your licence. I meant to say up to 6 points, you do not have to have 6 points on your licence. So not really sure, the insurance cover could cost more, I suppose.
