I work in an office and I maintain the attendance of the employees. Every week, I send their office sign-in timings by an excel sheet. One of my employee has some issues regarding his office arrival timings, and he asked me to email the dates. How should I send an email to him?

Hi xyz,
I have attached your attendance file from Jan to Aug. I have sent only your specific dates where you have some reservations. Kindly write me back if there is any change.

This will be fine. As long as the recipient can understand it I wouldn't spend a few more days and post more queries to try to refine it further
