It's not possible to tell you this without knowing your personal circumstances, we don't know your tax code - there is an on-line calculator you can use for yourself on the HRMC website.
Need your tax code.

My tax code is 810L, I have a son who no longer lives at home, and a partner, but I live alone. ( with me Cat and Tortoise) lol.
As boxtops says you should use the HMRC website online calculators. It depends on whether you're on a month 1 basis, what your NI category is, whether you've paid tax already this year (if not you may be due a refund).
I would guess approximately £90 tax and £60 NI
