Purchase Ledger

How do I get into a purchase ledger with only having little finance experience ? I did a pitman course about 2 years ago in bookkeeping and Sage but never really got into finance.

Any pointers ?

You need to go back and refresh your bookkeeping skills - purchase ledger is only one side of basic bookkeeping, sales ledger being the other side. It depends if a new employer is willing to train you on the job.
Do it on excel.
I don't think she's got the job, yet, ummmm?
Ahhh...I see.

No, its just an interest in Purchase Ledge jobs that I want to get into.
Purchase ledger is not much more than copying receipts onto excel or an accounts programme.
It's not rocket science..............accuracy is all that is needed.
