stuck on last question about planning and organising meetings, can anyone help or put it into plain english for me?

Look at the results of last meeting what was achieved and how ? Did the
Agenda cover the present issues to be dealt with, what was brought up under any other business, was everyone present who should have attended
look at apologies was a reason given for not attending, could speak to secretary who took minutes did the chair gain the attention of attendee's
was subject put over for all to contribute, and was time allowed to ask any
further questions on topic being discussed,
