I have to answer this question:

Describe how customer service can contribute to best value in a public sector or third sector organisation?

I have a few ideas, but have now drawn a complete blank

what about picking a specific sector eg NHS.
list how many ways patients can get an impression from good and bad customer service. good/bad communication and admin would come in here too.

make each aspect a paragraph and then move on the another example.
