Sick pay
Hello, my employer refuses to pay any sick pay. This means that everytime I am off work due to illness, I get docked a days pay. Are there any laws against this?

Overtime - Compulsory or Not!
My husband is contracted for a 35 hour week. He is constantly being rotad for overtime which takes him to 40 plus hours a week. Does he have to work this overtime if he is rotaed for it or can he legally refuse?
