A paper round, or wait till you're older.

if you are going to do a paper round see if there are any free papers in your area, less pressure to get them delivered on time

Not all local authorities allow thirteen year olds to have paper rounds. In some areas you need to be fourteen. You'd need to check with your local council - probably the education department.
