Feet On Desk

One of the American companies I worked for in Holland had a boss who used to conduct meetings with his feet on the desk.
I considered this bad form. What do you think, please?

If he was your boss, it obviously didn't do his career any harm.
Was he the sole attendee....was he well heeled?
Well he wasn't straight laced.
If you put the feet on desk to oneside, was he a good manager in other respects?

If he was then I wouldn't have a problem with his conduct.

He was rude and arrogant by the sounds of it.
