(Thu 13:50 31/Aug/06) One possibility is that it's an aoutomated fax and the number is not the intended target. I once worked at Barclays and one of the regular jobs we had was to edit computer files when the auto fax numbers where incorrect. If you have a fax machine you could try plugging it in and then hoppefully next time it rings the fax will tell you who sent it. | |

(Wed 16:11 05/Sep/07) i know this is a bit late but we have a lot of calls similar to this at work including this number what happens is you get a message and it asks you to ring another number if you want to find out what the call is about sometimes they say its a bank usually the bank of scotland or natwest but that number is a premium rate one so although it is a freefone number first if you follow it up it is a premium rate one .i suppose if you do have anything to do with the relevent banks then you would think they are trying to contact you .but not all is what it seems |
