car insurance query
someone hit me from behind--totally their fault---her insurers admitted liability---my insurers deemed my car a total loss----they offered me market value but are going to deduct my excess. Is this right??

My MOT has expired and cant get it to a garage for 2 wks, will it still be insured against theft, damage etc while it is parked off road.

fully comprehensive insurance
i have a fully comp insurance policy which enables me to drive vehicles not owned by me with third party cover, but does the owner of the other vehicle have to it insured themselves for my insurance to cover me.
