i had a crash a couple of weeks ago i didnt claim coz no damage but the other party did will i lose my ncb

If you haven't protected it, probably. How come you had no damage but they did then?

Depends. Whose fault was the accident? If you were at fault / you hit them and they make a claim against your insurance company then your insurance company will find out and your NCD is likely to be affected. If they hit you and it was their fault and they don't claim then i think you'll be okay.
