whiplash

i was hit 2 weeks ago and though id left it too late to make a claim......but now i have had a read through the sy,ptoms and have noticed headaches, blurred vision and also stiff neck.... i am just worried about getting grilled aabout it and made to look a fraud.....i am the type where if im not broken anything i think there is nothing the matter, but ive had to wear glasses since as my vision has been blurry and also getting more than average headaches at work

and its 2 weeks after it happened so maybe its too late, it was definitely enough of a hit to cause injury as proved in my car damage.....

im just not sure what to do next......looks like the hit and run guy is going to get off scott free leaving me to pay the excess damage on my cart that wasnt even my doing!!!

thanks in advance

go and see your GP, get a diagnosis and if it is whiplash then notify your insurers.

Hi,

I'm a personal injury barrister. Go to your GP and get your symptoms recorded. Also, let your insurance company know the situation involving your symptoms. They will ensure that you are medically examined by an independent expert at a later stage.

With road tax hikes hitting those with 2001-2006 registered cars, would you consider selling up and buying a pre-2001 model to escape the the tax mans wrath?

Yes

No

The hikes don't really bother me
