Cost of Fuel

How does a garage get aroud the law by selling something you cannot buy. I am talking about the .9 always added onto the cost of a litre. Now, if you want any fuel not in multiples of 10, you cannot buy it exactly.

They round it down to the next whole penny. You buy fuel totalling £30.33.07
