claims by taxi owner drivers hire/reward ?

are there any taxi drivers out there, who own there own car , and arrange there own - hire and reward insurance - who have had accidents while on taxi duty ? ....... the actual question iam really seeking to get an answer for is .......... when you have submitted a claim re_ hire and reward insurance, do the insurers ask you - the name of the "licensed mini-cab/taxi company " .... you was working thru when you ha this accident on "taxi/mini cab " duty ? ...... can anyone shed any light on this q ?
