how do i find the last company i had my own car insured with? i now have a company car but i need proof of my no claims but cannot remember what insurance company i was with.

Your current insurers can do an MID search for the relevant date if you can provide them with the registration of the relevant vehicle.

MID (Motor Insurers Database) should (SHOULD!) list all insurers of vehicles, although occasionally the incorrect registration is entered causing untold confusion
