more than amateurs

I insured car with more than and in january a fiat punto reversed into my yellow audi a3. More than booked it into nationwide crash repair centre. 3 times it was fixed and each time my car was painted different colours and had extra damage to the rear 1/4 panel for starters. Policy was cancelled and they still took money out my account and to top it all the excess fee cheque they sent me bounced. Is this what we should put up with.
As any1 else had runnings with more than as i've now reported them to the insurance ombudsman. I now wont insure anything underwritten by royal and sun alliance.
