Travel Insurance Over 65

Has anyone found a company (other than Saga) that offers competitive annual travel insurance for over 65's that is happy that you take tablets to sensiblly control both your blood pressure and your cholesterol.

Just done one with Insure 2 Travel through Europ assistance, aged 79 and 78.
Switzerland 10 days, basic premium £63.01
