company car question

I recently was involved in a car accident with another car, the car i drive is my wifes company car but iam insured as a named driver, will i need to tell my own car insurance copmany that i have been involved even ,though its my wifes policy?

Yes - you are obliged to inform your insurer of any accident you are involved in at your policy incpetion or renewal (if not changing insurers).

Failure to do so may result in the refusal of any future claims (as we have a tendency to check the databases for undisclosed claims when a claim is intimated), or even the voidance of your policy
