Personal insurance

I have 2 seperate policies which pay out �40k and �70k to my spouse if I die. Will seperate insurance companies each pay out on the death of the same person?

A tricky one this is; being insured for the same purpose with two insurance companies.

I suggest you re-post your question in the law section of AB. and see what response you get........Ron

,gladrags looks like your spouse could buy a lot og handbags,,,, should they ever become a beneficiary ogf those policies.............
Can't see why they wouldn't providing you keep payments up.No Law as far as I know where you can't Insure with different Companies.
tell you another thing ud keep an eye on the old trouble and strife!!!!
