I have heard that there is an car insurance that will transfer the no claims bonus from the main driver to the named driver ?

Not heard of that, and find it hard to believe it exists.
Direct Line allows named drivers to build up their own discount, but it is only valid for Direct Line insurance, so may be worthless.
