Vehicle insurance

Does anyone know where I might obtain off-road insurance for a motorhome ? What I would want is fire and theft cover, and at most perhaps accidental/malicious damage cover too while SORNed and off the road on private property. I have so far been unable to find any insurer who does not also want to add road risks onto my requirements - which obviously is for being on the road and (presumably/logically) much more expensive.
